Supporting people in Texas.
Instructions
SYS Fund is currently providing practical support for Black Texans who will be accessing abortions outside of Texas. We now offer Repro Health supplies such as E.C., condoms, and birth control funding.
About SYS Fund
Support Your Sistah is a Practical Support Fund that assists abortion clients with transportation, drop in childcare and occassionally financial assistance to help cover procedure cost. We also offer abortion and birthing doulas support. At The Afiya Center we focus on Reproductive Autonomy. We understand how government policies control welfare, abortion access, contraception and planning services. The SYS Fund treats each individual with confidentiality. Full respect and will be unbiased to each situation.
SYS Fund's Community
The Afiya Center (TAC) was established In response to the increasing disparities between HIV incidences worldwide and the extraordinary prevalence of HIV among Black women and girls in Texas. TAC is unique in that it is the only Reproductive Justice Organization in North Texas founded and directed by black women. Our mission is to serve Black women and girls by transforming their relationships with their sexual and reproductive health through addressing the consequences of Reproductive Oppression.
Get Involved
Our organization works tirelessly to transform the lives of Black women and girls, but we can’t do it alone. We rely on the expertise and lived experiences of volunteers in our community to help us end Reproductive Oppression amongst the marginalized.
