Wisconsin Abortion Fund

Wisconsin Abortion Fund, formerly Women’s Medical Fund or WMF Wisconsin, supports Wisconsin residents obtaining an abortion in Wisconsin, or traveling to Minnesota & Illinois, for abortion care with both the cost of the abortion as well as practical support for travel and childcare.

Wisconsin Abortion Fund has partnerships with Wisconsin’s two independent abortion clinics Affiliated Medical and Care For All, Planned Parenthood Wisconsin, as well as the Chicago Abortion Fund and Our Justice to use funds to pay for Wisconsin resident's abortion care costs.

For information about clinics and funding in Wisconsin:

* If you are obtaining abortion care in Wisconsin, state law requires two appointments at least 24-hours apart, the first one for counseling, the second one for the abortion. If you need help paying for your first counseling appointment, ask for financial assistance when you call to make the appointment. If you need funding assistance for your abortion, ask at your first counseling appointment about financial resources. WMF Wisconsin funding can be used to help pay for both the first appointment and abortion care. 

Care for All Community Clinic (Milwaukee)

Care for All Community Clinic offers abortion care up to the state limit of 21 weeks and 6 days. It is open 4 days a week, including Saturdays and provides abortions regardless of anyone’s ability to pay. Care for All will help you arrange free transportation, lodging, and other logistics.

Affiliated Medical Services (Milwaukee)

Affiliated Medical Services is the oldest independent abortion clinic offering safe abortion care, free pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and now, follow-up care for patients who received medication abortion online from out of state. 

Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (Milwaukee, Madison and Sheboygan)

CALL LINE 844-493-1052 to make an appointment at Madison, Milwaukee or Sheboygan Planned Parenthood clinics.

Planned Parenthood Wisconsin provides abortion services; birth control; STD symptoms, testing and treatment; sexual and reproductive health screenings; and gender affirming hormonal therapy.
