About Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project (WRRAP)

WRRAP, the Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project, established in 1991 and headquartered in Los Angeles, is the only independent 501 (c) 3 abortion fund that provides urgently needed financial assistance, on a national level, to those seeking abortion or emergency contraception.

WRAAP’s mission:  To ensure that marginalized individuals of all ages, ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations can access abortion care and emergency contraception.  We provide funding for both medical (including the abortion pill by mail) and surgical procedures.

Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project (WRRAP)'s Community

Every year, WRRAP helps over 8,000 individuals who otherwise could not have paid for their abortions.
